With over 15 years of experience, she partners with growth-focused organizations to transform HR complexity into operational clarity through structured frameworks, disciplined processes, and people-first leadership.

As Founder of Aspire, Smita advises executives on workforce strategy, multi-state compliance, onboarding automation, immigration governance, and HR technology integrations including Workday, ADP, and VNDLY.

She has supported global technology teams, cybersecurity ventures, growth-stage companies, and real estate organizations — grounded in one principle:

Nilanjana Srivastava

As a co-founder of Aspire, Nilanjana genuinely loves making HR simple and effective. She’s all about streamlining processes, solving people’s challenges, and implementing HR systems you’ll actually use.

Nilanjana discovered her passion for people, processes, and progress early in her career. She has lived and worked across India, the U.S., Canada, London and Singapore, developing strong cross-cultural expertise and crafting talent strategies that align with business goals while creating inclusive employee experiences.

Her goal? To make life easier for busy founders and teams, so you can focus on what you do best while she and her team handle the people’s side. Clients know her for her positive energy and ability to get things done crazy fast, without ever sacrificing quality.
